Unlike ordinary single‑cylinder shears on the market, dual‑cylinder driving structure provides balanced force output on both sides of the jaw. It avoids unilateral force deviation during heavy‑load shearing, greatly reducing jaw jamming, torsion and component wear in long‑time continuous‑working scenarios. Every hydraulic shear is fully manufactured in our own factory. Cutting teeth adopt bolt‑on replaceable structure. High‑hardness alloy cutter teeth can be disassembled and replaced directly on construction site. Operators only need to change worn‑out teeth instead of replacing the whole shear jaw. This design significantly cuts down spare‑part cost and shortens equipment downtime. Sharp cutting edges can efficiently cut I‑beams, steel profiles, scrap‑car shell and reinforced concrete. The rotating housing and main body are constructed by thickened integral steel structure. Multiple reinforcing ribs are distributed on high‑stress areas of the housing to resist impact and torsion force generated during cutting. This double‑cylinder shear is equipped with integrated hydraulic valve assembly, including overflow valve, rotation control valve and opening‑closing control ports. The overflow valve provides pressure‑protection function. When cutting super‑thick hard material causes instant pressure surge, overflow valve releases extra pressure automatically to protect cylinder and shear body from overload damage. Independent rotation oil‑port realizes stable 360‑degree rotation, avoiding rotation jitter and stuck phenomenon.

Standard excavator connecting ear‑seat is reserved on shear back side. We support custom‑made connecting bracket according to customers' excavator brand and model. The mounting hole position and spacing can be adjusted to match different excavator brands. All hydraulic oil ports adopt standard high‑pressure connector, convenient for hose installation and replacement on job‑site.
