Combining powerful shearing and crushing performance in one unit, this equipment is widely mounted on 6‑55 ton excavators to handle harsh demolition and scrap‑processing tasks. It excels at cutting steel profiles, crushing concrete, processing scrap steel, dismantling discarded vehicles and breaking obsolete ship structures.
We adopt extra‑thick wear‑resistant steel plates as core raw materials. For thick wear‑resistant sheets, we apply professional flame‑cutting blanking with pre‑heating treatment. Pre‑heating fully releases internal stress inside steel plates, fundamentally preventing cold cracks after welding and avoiding structural deformation under continuous heavy‑load working conditions.
All welding processes are completed by robotic welding equipment. Pre‑weld preheating and post‑weld heat preservation are strictly enforced on every weld seam. After welding, semi‑finished components will go through non‑destructive flaw detection to eliminate hidden internal defects including porosity and slag inclusion.
