Product Features and Applications
HI has powerful and stable cutting performance, and the blade edge remains aligned even under heavy load conditions.
H2 has 360° fully hydraulic rotation, allowing the blade angle to be freely adjusted without moving the excavator.
H3 can be re-fixed with bolts for the blade, and can be easily replaced on-site when worn out.
H4 has a thickened and reinforced body, which can effectively resist bending stress during disassembly operations, and is highly suitable for dismantling of scrap vehicles, body cutting, dismantling of waste containers, and processing of light scrap metals.
Materials and Structure
The main body is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates. The cutting blades have undergone heat treatment and have a hardness of HRC 50–53. We adopt a fully welded box structure to evenly distribute the impact load. All the pin shafts have been quenched and tempered, and can maintain good tolerance accuracy even after thousands of working cycles.

A: Yes, it is specially engineered for scrap car dismantling. It easily cuts car frames, axles and body panels. It is not recommended for super thick cast iron.

Q: How long do the blades last?
