HongXing double‑cylinder hydraulic shear is specially designed for 6‑55 ton excavators. We are a source manufacturer, and all processing procedures are completed by ourselves, with strict control over every production link.

We use relatively thick wear‑resistant plates, so flame cutting must be adopted for blanking.
Pre‑heating of the steel plate is required during the cutting process to fundamentally avoid cold cracks after welding, which cannot be achieved by other cutting methods.

Machining is another critical production process. Equipped with our‑own machine tools, we can implement systematic and comprehensive machining for shear arms and shear housings

To ensure sufficient groove penetration and reduce internal defects such as porosity and slag inclusions, as well as lower the risk of cracking in later service, we adopt robot welding and strictly implement processes including pre‑weld preheating and post‑weld heat preservation.
